For international shipments, duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees are calculated at checkout where possible. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We want you to shop with confidence. You’ve got 30 days to request a return if your item is not suitable. To start a return, please contact us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Once your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless faulty.
